Address food insecurity firsthand by helping in The Foodbank Drive-Thru! Volunteers will help Foodbank staff unload food from pallets, sort and bag produce, and pass out food to clients. Sign up at https://thefoodbankinc.volunteermatters.org/login Make an account and see what shifts work for you! Very quick and easy! Please arrive between 8:30am and 8:45am for a prompt 9:00am start time for the drive-thru. Park in the main parking lot and come through the glass front door. Please sign in at the front desk. Once all volunteers have arrived, we will have a quick orientation, and assign you to a station in the drive-thru. Volunteers are required to wear closed-toed shoes and masks are optional. Dress for the weather; the drive-thru area is covered but it is open air. Please note, there is no food or drink allowed in our warehouse, including water bottles.
