INtegRIty Counseling is looking for volunteers that can help answer the phone 2-4 hours a week and we could also use experienced counselors and social workers who could commit to seeing one or more clients per week or every other week. At this time, we are completely volunteered based and we see clients who have trouble accessing other mental health counseling for a number of reasons. For more information, contact Luella at

From the Habitat for Humanity McLean County newsletter: We are in need of volunteers to cover our front desk. In this role, volunteers answer the phones, greet guests, and help with filing. If you or someone you know has free time during the week, we are looking to fill the following shifts: Thursdays 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Fridays 9 a.m. to Noon Fridays 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. (every other week) Contact Lindsey at 309-827-3931 for more information.

The Clinic currently has over 200 volunteers helping us deliver services and carry-out our mission. Volunteer skills vary from front office support, nursing support, pharmacist's services, primary care physicians and sub-specialty care. There are always volunteer opportunities available.
Currently, the Community Healthcare Clinic is looking for nursing volunteers, volunteers to assist with front office work, and EMR data entry. Flexible scheduling is available. If you are interested or know someone who may be interested, please contact Clinic Volunteer Coordinator, Barb Neumann by phone 309.888.5531. Students and retirees welcome!
Appalachia Service Project-Fall Break!
College Service Project Programs
Locations in Appalachia: Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia
Projects differing in lengths throughout the year: long weekends, over breaks. We can schedule whenever we want (advanced notice increases likelihood of enough spots available)
Programs consist of: engaging with the surrounding community, providing home repair, and doing service together!
Cost is $65 per person per day of trip
They are also looking for summer staff if that is something you are interested in!
