Faith in Action is a local nonprofit that helps seniors stay independent by providing free transportation assistance, grocery shopping, friendly visits and calls, and light home maintenance. In the fall, we also pair volunteers with care receivers who desire to have their leaves raked. Typically an organization will select one or two Saturdays and have their volunteers rake leaves at several houses during the day.
Is this something we are interested in? When?

Hello Brothers!
I would like to request associate status for this semester. This semester is my most stressful semester at IWU. You may not know this, but I am graduating in three years, making this my "senior" year. Due to early graduation, I am forced to take prerequisite classes along with the class that requires said prerequisite. Therefore, I am behind in my class and am needing to spend much more time than usual preparing for my class, therefore, leaving less time for extracurricular activities. If given associate status, I would still try my best to come to all the Chapter meetings that I can, and participate in as many leadership, fellowship, fundraising, and service events that I can. I worry if I am not granted associate status I will not be able to meet the requirements a standard active member must meet.
Thank you for understanding,
Sylvia Ho
I'm writing to request to go associate. In addition to my course load, I am the president of Global Brigades and am currently really busy recruiting, fundraising and involved with conference meetings with advisors at GB. In addition to that, I am also working 20+ hours a week as a pharmacy technician, which also prevents me to attending chapter meetings at 7pm

I would like to associate for the semester because I am taking a class at Heartland in addition to a full course load here at IWU. Additionally I will need to dedicate a lot of time to studying for the CPA exam since I will be graduating in December.
