- APOonline.org is your chapter’s complete online management system. Track and manage service projects and member requirements all in one place. Keep records from year to year and connect with chapter around your area. APOonline.org is your one stop shop to all of your chapter’s needs.
- Is APOonline.org free to use?
- Unfortunately everything costs money including this webserver and the developers who are continuously upgrading APOonline.org. For that there is a fee to use this service, see the "How much does it cost?" for more information.
- What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
- The chart below shows the differences between Basic and Pro. If your chapter already has a website that you wish to keep but still want the brother management features that APOonline provides, the Basic package is for you. If your chapter does not have a website or if you would like to replace your existing website, the Pro package is for you. Click here for a side by side comparison.

- What are all of the features included in an APOonline Chapter Management System?
- The chart below is an extensive list of all of the features included in APOonline so far. Many of the features listed below came from recommendations from chapters so if you see something that your chapter would benefit from let me know and I will be happy to add it into the system for you.

| Online Accounts |
Each brother will have an online account which will keep track of contact information and membership status (Pledge, Active, Officer, Alumni, Advisor, etc.). In time this will also turn into an extensive alumni contact list. |

Each brother will have a profile complete with profile pictures, big and littles, awards, and officer positions. |
| Family Tree |
Family trees are generated biased on each brother's recorded bigs and littles. |
| Service Projects |
The VP of Service may add service projects online. Actives then log in and may view all upcoming service projects and RSVP for any they wish to attend. Once the project has passed the VP of Service can then mark a project as completed and the service hours automatically get logged for those in attendance. |

- How do I sign up?
- Registration can be completed through this form.
- Is this an official Alpha Phi Omega website?
- APOonline.org has been officially recognized by Alpha Phi Omega but serves as an independent online service brought to you by your own brother, Anthony Schmidt, or better known as Tony.
- Can any chapter use APOonline.org?
- Yes, any chapter may use this service by simply registering your chapter on the homepage.
- What about Section or Regions?
- Yes! Section and Region sites are already online with some very advanced and powerful tools. These sites can collect all of the calendar events, service projects, etc. from all of their chapters and display them all on one calendar. This is also done with blogs from all of their chapters. Region and section chairs are able to one-click generate reports and statistics from all of the APOonline chapters as well as send out mass e-mails to their entire section or region. For more information about what all region and section sites can do check out this video! If you would like to set up a region or section APOonline site fill out this form. Pricing is $50 a year for sections and $75 a year for regions.
- What if my chapter already has a website?
- That's ok, you can still use the Online Chapter Management System! Simply register with the Basic plan. We offer two packages as described above.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
- No, you can only upgrade or downgrade between terms.
- I really like this site, can I use it for another organization I'm involved in?
- Yes, but APOonline.org is specifically designed to work with Alpha Phi Omega. If you would like to have something similar designed for your other organizations please email me at tony@apoonline.org and we can work with you to make it happen. As always it is a first come first serve process. Additional charges my apply.

- How much does it cost?
APO Chapters: APOonline has moved to a more simple pricing structure which will
make chapter budgeting easier for those chapters using APOonline. APOonline's services cost a flat rate of $3 per Active, Officer, Associate, and Pledge at the time
of one month prior to the end of the chapter's term. For chapters on the quarter system it will be $1.50 per
quarter, and for those on the trimester system it will be $2 per trimester. An addition 10% is added for chapters using the Pro Package.
The number of qualifying accounts will be determined at the time of the invoice (about one month before the end of the term).
Payment is to be due by 30 days after the date of invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
APO Sections: APOonline is $50 per year for APO sections. You will recieve the Pro Package at no additional cost.
APO Regions: APOonline is $75 per year for APO regions. You will recieve the Pro Package at no additional cost.
Petitioning Groups: APOonline is FREE for all Alpha Phi Omega Petitioning Groups. You will recieve the Pro Package at no additional cost.
APO Alumni Associations: APOonline is $50 per year for APO Alumni Associations. If you would like the Pro Package it will cost an additional 10%.
- How do I pay?
- Payment options are described in detail on each invoice. Payment via check payable to APOonline is prefered but any of the following methods of payment will also accepted through PayPal:
- My chapter can't pay using any of those methods. What should I do?
- Notify me well in advance at tony@apoonline.org. I'll work with you to get this matter settled, don't worry.
- When is the deadline to have completed payment?
- 30 days after receiving the invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
- What if my chapter gains or loses members during the term?
- The price of will be calculated based on the number of Actives, Officers, Associates, and Pledges in your chapter at the time your invoice is created which is about one month before the end of your term.
